Riverview Class Action Lawsuit

If you are or were an hourly, non-exempt nursing employee (rns, lpns, nursing assistants certified, nursing assistants registered, and personal care assistants) of riverview lutheran care centers at any time since september 11, 2012, a class action may affect your rights.

This website contains information regarding a class action lawsuit between, the Plaintiffs Kimberly Kittle and Leah Westby, individually and as a Class Representatives, have sued Riverview (including Riverview Lutheran Home, Riverview Terrace, and Riverview Retirement Community) claiming it did not allow rest and meal breaks, and failed to pay all overtime. Plaintiffs seek to recover wages as allowed by Washington law.
